Google maps seems to suggest this is just an apartment complex?

In Taiwan, similar apartment complex NAME PLAQUES have reached the point of being abused - almost one in every three review is a community name plaque. :joy:

This kind of NAME PLAQUES is simply the name of a community. It lacks exploratory meaning, is not a good place to communicate with people, and is even less likely to be a sports venue. In the past, unless a community plaque had artistic qualities, such as a shape or carving, it would have a slight chance of being approved. However, in the past year, it is puzzling that even ordinary community name sign can become a Wayspot.

To put it bluntly, this type of Wayspot is simply for residents who want to easily visit Pokestops while lying at home! Moreover, the application formats are all similar, but it is really confusing to see more and more similar Wayspots on the map. It is said that some people encourage applicants to use the Appeal method to pass such Wayspots, because the Niantic may not understand the meaning of such a name sign.

Thanks for the appeal, @fyj47. We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire the Wayspot in question.
