Reviewing cooldown question

I can review it fast, it’s nothing like pre canned voting pattern. I know what question is which and can upvote or downvote fast. Do I need to review each of them pretty slow? When there is a religious building or shrine or a park, it is then more easy and fast to review it.

Cooldowns have almost always been observed with reviewing too fast.

For what it’s worth, often I make an initial opinion within the first few seconds (church, park sign, playground) and then when I’m trying to slow down to avoid a cooldown, I’ll see something that is actually wrong with it - 3rd party photo, misplacement, something on the nearby. And similarly, I’ve sometimes wanted to reject too fast and had second opinions on maybe it holding local value.

Slow down. Make sure you read and review thoroughly, and enjoy the digital tourism.
