As shown, the market for Roland Reserve Park has been placed incorrectly in someone’s backyard. Referencing the photos of the waypoint in question (the sign) it cannot be at the stated location - so therefore does not exist. Extending this, if we are to look beyond the blatant incorrectly placed or moved mark - the correct location is as stated, next to the play tower, which is additionally supported by Street view showing the marker from the opposite side of the park. Furthermore it also appears that this small location has been purposely spaced with points off their mark to garner additional waypoints.
Is that reading off iitc? I wouldn’t had thought the pogo map would be linked anymore?
Either way, the whole cell has been done over, everything has been skewed at input or later to try and get as many points.
That is a screenshot from Niantic Wayfarer (with an add-on to show the cell lines).
It confirms that the old position of this wayspot was abusive and solely to get a pokestop in an empty cell (by comparing to your image).
I agree that Upper Maud Street Reservoir is also misplaced, but at least that doesn’t create an extra pokestop since Roland View Seat is in the same cell.
