How to get this poke stop accepted

There used to be a pokestop where the black betty was but it became the hot bev and when i tried to report that the information was incorrect they removed the pokestop as a whole. it’s now a small business coffee shop that wants to do pokemon events and invite the pokemon community to play together. how can i get that pokestop back and have it be the correct information? all of my requests have been denied and even the appeals have been denied. i have posted my applications please provide tips o…

Why are my suggestions for a pokestop being rejected?

My family bought a restaurant almost 1 year ago. We recently changed the name and type of restaurant 1 month ago. The restaurant itself is a Poke stop (way before I bought it) I have submitted the updates like name, photo, category multiple times and they keep getting rejected over and over again. On google it’s clear it’s a new restaurant there but I am not sure why the community rejects it (no reason given)
