This sounds like it would simply be infrastructure to me, so they would not generally be eligible imo.
From the photos you added, I would not accept those.

Seconding the suggestion that this is ineligible infrastructure.
“Sustainable” is not part of criteria. Instead, the POI has to be a great place to explore, exercise or socialize. It does not appear to be the case of a car charger.
Sorry for the disappointment, but if you are willing to share the location people can suggest other things to nominate in the area.

This is not a great place for exercise, exploration, or being social.
Some charging stations may include educational materials or possibly be significant for other reasons, but these do not meet any criteria. It is just a place to plug in.
