I can just about imagine the Niantic reviewer getting side-tracked by the multiple postboxes at the gate and assuming multi-family apartments, despite this clearly being a semi-detached building and therefore two separate single-family residences.

Thanks for the appeal, @iFrankmans. We gave this a second look and decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
