I thought it would be a cool idea if we shared when we have Featured Wayspots in the showcase, so I’m starting this thread. I got one this week, and it’s a favorite of mine.
So, which of your approved Wayspots have gotten the showcase treatment?

About 20 minutes after taking these photos I was half way up to my knees in mud forcing me to wash by boots and socks out in the river. Then a group of badly confused teenagers came by trying to follow the same route. I suggested that some of them would lose their boots..

It was awesome to have the community acknowledge that restaurants are inherently social places and that the requirements the community and Niantic typically set around “proving” that are disproportionate compared to other similarly obvious nominations, like churches.

This is Temple of the Five Elements Goddess, which represents Metal, Wood, Water, Fire, and Earth, the five important elements and build fundamental in Eastern philosophy!
The Five Elements, the gods, are worshiped in the communal houses in the South, helping the rain and wind and prosperity.
