Regardless of that, even if there is no Street View or it’s outdated, it’s important to include the POI being nominated with the surrounding area. This allows reviewers to match your supporting photo up with what may be on Street View or just satellite.
Here’s an example from a recent nomination of mine of a fitness center, which opened earlier this year. Street View doesn’t have the sign showing on the building yet, but you can see the front of the building, along with the entrance and surrounding trees and sidewalk easily on Street View. I used the sign as the place marker in the main photo.
