As ive never seen one ive skipped ever come back for me, id say no, once youve skipped it you dont see it again
No, you don’t see any skipped nominations or edits again. It’s similar to those that time out after 20 minutes, as you don’t see those again either. You see a nomination or edit once while reviewing, unless it’s resubmitted, then you could see if after that, but that may be days or weeks, even months later.
