With the web submit method, moving the pointer without noticing is relatively easy, so you have to be careful.
With both methods, you should never rely on your device’s GPS, but should always check the location using both maps and aerial images.
If the POI is within 10km of your base, using web submit on a desktop/laptop browser is a good route.

When you submit, always recheck satelite and street view so that you know if you place the pin correctly or no. Overrelying on what gps pin you when you submit are just waiting when you will get warning /suspension if you got wanky gps drift. Anyway system cant tell if you have gps drift or deliberate missplacement. Its still subnitter duty to ensure the pin is correctly placed
Id rather resubmit it,. Reappealing can cause bigger risks.
