this one here : 48.88045797169428, 2.477259302571655 is suppose to be here : 48.88164187007183, 2.478951776460052

and the other is here : 48.87573819512008, 2.4858531002553708 when suppose to be here : 48.882517401064995, 2.4774175529035336

Sponsored pokestop are submitted by sponsor, not wayfarer. They also probably wont last forever(depending how long the sponsor).So personally i wont bother. Unless there are some circumstances.
Sponsored pokestop wont affect normal pokestop /gym creation either

Sponsored stops are not handled by Wayfarer, but rather the PoGo team. You can report the location issues with these sponosred stops at the link below (you do not need to be the property owner/manager to report):
