Stop accepted shows on map but been 72 hours

Can anyone check if my stop will appear in pogo please by looking at the cells

Due to the Pokémon Go inclusion rulers it’s being blocked by Penllergaer Public footpath

Thank you but it doesnt make sense to me how theres stops every where that are basicly nearly on top of each other at my local hometown but my one is blocked makes no sense

If you learn about s2 cells you can know before you submit whether its gonna be pokestop or powerspot

Disclaimer: using knowledge about s2 cells to missplaced wayspot is subject to abuse ladder system

Ill have to learn that but surely these other stops are in the same cell as there nearly on top of each other compared to mine

Wayspot that exist in corner between 4 cells can appear very close to each other

You can see if this topic helps you understand: Why an accepted Wayspot may not be used in Pokemon Go (S2 cells and Pokemon Go)

Here is a visual to show you the L17 S2 cell your Wayspot is in - only one can be a pokestop.

If you give a location where the stops are just as close together, I can give you a visual there, too.

Okay I found a location with two pokestops just as close as yours and in the same L17 S2 cell.

In the past, a location edit to move a Pokestop into an occupied S2 cell would not change its status. This has been corrected, and location edits usually result in a corrective recalculation. These are probably very old.

Those are the 2 I was on about clever you haha the stops appeared next to each other around 3 years ago

The cell system also allows 4 waypoints to be extremely close as long as they are on opposite sides of the cell lines…
