Earlier (around one hour ago?) I used one of my two available nominations to submit a playground. Everything seemed totally fine and it submitted like normal, my available nominations counter went down by one but I never got a confirmation email and the submission is not appearing in my contributions. Since nominations are super limited I do need every single one I can get so I am slightly confused what happened here. Is there a way to check why this submission failed even if everything seemed normal on my end? I thought the lost nominations issue was fixed?
I used Google Chrome on my Macbook to submit and the image files were .HEIC if that matters.
