Keep in mind that there isn’t a guaranteed timeframe for resolution, as it depends on how many reviews are received and the review rating of each reviewer. It’s not uncommon for nominations to take days, weeks, even months at times to be decided on. More info on this can be found in the Wayfarer FAQ:

This exact number cannot be disclosed at this time, however, we can say that this depends on the performance of each individual Wayfinder.
One thing that you may want to consider doing is reviewing yourself, as this will help to lower your local queue, and hopefully get your nominations in front of more people. You can also gain upgrades from reiewing, and when they are applied to nominations, they open them up to a larger review area, which may lead to a faster resolution.
