I would like to ask the community for suggestions or options of what 4 level 14 s2 cells i shall go to for submitting new wayspots. The options are top left, top right, bottom left, and bottom right. Any suggestions would mean a bunch before i go out!
If you want community advice on where you might find eligible things to submit as wayspots, you need to provide the location. From this map, it is not possible to tell where this is.
It seems like you’re looking at things the wrong way around… Rather than how many submissions to make in a cell, try to think of finding cool places to exercise, socialise or explore, and submit those where you find them.
Like was already mentioned, if you share the location, we can have a look on google etc and see if we can make suggestions for ideas.

The sunset view park east marker can be corrected through the help chat which will result in a new pokestop. Other than that this area looks mostly like single family private homes and schools so you are going to struggle to get any more waypoints. Try farther away near business centers or apartment complexes.
You will get a new gym if you can find something else at the southside church. You will probably have to go inside looking for art. Their website shows a mural inside somewhere.
