I had a location edit support chat ticket for a pokestop with wrong location, but it crashed before getting a response. Is there a way to check status of ticket?

By crash are you just saying that it disappeared?
This is common with the help chat, it seems that if something changes on your PC then it no longer shows.
It will be still going through the process so you can take a look and see whether the edit has taken place.
As you have stated the Ticket number staff may reply here but the message is likely to be vague such as “Action has been taken”.
