Hey, I just created a ticket and again, it’s gone After refreshing the site. It’s the second time. I used another browser, just like the support said last time. Now it seems that I’ll need support again via DM. So if any supporters from Niantic sees that, feel free to open DM, otherwise it is impossible to see the status and messages via the ticket system.
