2 errors in 9 years and a 30-day suspension
Nine impeccable years without a single error, and then I have two errors in just a few months and my account is suspended for 30 days.
They don’t take into account that I haven’t had a single error in nine years and that my rating has always been excellent.
On their website they say this:
“We understand that mistakes can happen and we believe in giving second chances. We want to encourage explorers to learn from their mistakes and become valuable contributors to the Wayfarer community.”
The errors haven’t harmed anyone, and nothing has been published because people have noticed them early.
They also say:
“By taking responsibility for your actions and demonstrating a commitment to improvement, you could be considered for more lenient treatment.”
There is no lenient treatment on their part.
It discourages anyone from requesting things and from doing their job.
Nine years with a perfect record and it’s ignored.

Please note that the abuse ladder policy does note that any action can be taken against an account for any violation. How long you have been participating in Wayfarer and/or PoGo most likely isn’t taken into account, as an investigation is done by staff, and if they find that a warning or ban is warranted, they will issue one but also give the option to appeal it.
As part of that commitment, we enforce a punishment ladder against most types of abuse. This policy may provide offenders with disciplinary actions proportional to the severity of the offenses they perform. This means that a first time offender can be punished with any of the disciplinary actions listed below depending on how severe their offense was.

The length of time you have been using Wayfarer is most likely not taken into account; the severity of the offense is most likely what is looked at.
We also agree to the Player Guidelines and the ToS, and that allows staff to take any action against our accounts.
Only staff can assist with this, not any users here, and staff have tried to assist.

Were the images third party images that you’d taken from elsewhere on the internet? That is usually what malicious image submission means (though it’s not exclusively that). If so, and you’ve done this at least twice, then I can understand why you’ve been hit with a 30 day suspension.
I can appreciate that a lot of the wayfarer guidelines are somewhat tucked away on the website, and that occasionally people can and do make mistakes when it comes to breaking the rules because they haven’t read something and weren’t aware of it. However, when it comes to third party images, Pokémon Go itself quite clearly tells you not to use such images when you’re going through the submission process.
Given that copyright can cause legal issues, it is a fairly important rule to follow, and that’s likely why it is given prominence during this step, and that it’s repeated in multiple places on various wayfarer help articles. If you ignored this and broke the rule multiple times, then you can’t really complain that you got pulled up for doing it. That’s like trying to not get a speeding ticket when you got pulled over doing 100mph in a clearly marked 70mph zone. It’s not happening.
If it wasn’t third party images that caused the suspension, then it’s hard for anyone in the community to help you with this, as you’ve not really presented enough information for us to go on. That being said, Niantic will have that information, and if this suspension was erroneous, I’m sure Aaron would’ve already overturned it by now.

One thing I am seeing is that this is a former home of Martín Gaite sisters that is now a museum. If you are taking photos of the inside of it for the Wayspot that is exclusively for the museum, these could be seen as inaccurate. I’m wondering what the current main photo is for this Wayspot, and if the photos you provided are not what is being used tp place mark the museum, this may be an issue.
That painting itself looks like it could be its own Wayspot, or even the room, which appears to be a study. There can be one than 1 Wayspot for places, especially if they have many POIs that may be eligible, and museums tend to have multiple POIs that may be eligible. Wayspots within Large Areas
Wayspots within large areas like parks, plazas, and fields are eligible as well, even if the larger area itself is a Wayspot. Just keep in mind that someone may have already made a nomination on various objects/placemarkers around entrances, which could lead to a rejection (as a duplicate).
No need to speculate on a reason. The OP got more feedback and they aren’t combating that feedback they merely seek leniency.

Busco exponer lo falsos que son. Ya que hablan de dar segundas oportunidades y luego no tienen en cuenta los años de expediente impecable. Las 2 faltas no son por el mismo motivo. Solo 1 es por la foto de terceros y hubo una larga discusión ya que por error se envió la foto de terceros y no la que hice con mi cámara.
Se agradecen todos los aportes y la ayuda, pero después de 9 años haciendo aportes y valorando me sobran

You lost me at this. If you have spent any time on this forum, you know we hold Niantic accountable when they mess up. Especially the ambassadors, who have direct contact with Niantic that we don’t see on the forum.

I understand that you find this situation frustrating. However the majority of the interactions on this forum are between fellow wayfinders trying to help and support each other. So please remain respectful to others in your posts.

Keep in mind that this is only for 30 days, so you are going to get another chance once that timeframe is up. Saying that you won’t get a second chance isn’t correct, and, as many have pointed out, your timeframe using Niantic Scopely products isn’t necessarily going to be taken into account; the severity of the offense will be.
30 days suspension usually comes as second strike or if its severe enough to skip abuse ladder. Either way, its not excuse to use previous 9 years record to ask leniency. Personally i also got 30 days suspension eventhough i have been submitting for 11 years. It hurts for a while but eventually 30days is in the past. Any event you miss in this 30days will come back in future.
You have 1 year redemption period where all your previous strike will be gone. If you play carefully for 1 year, your previous record will return to clean slate
