[Sync Error] Location mismatch between Wayfarer and Pokémon GO - Igreja Batista Independente de Jardinópolis

Hello. I am reporting a severe synchronization issue. The location of this Wayspot was updated in the Wayfarer database on March 17th, 2026 to the coordinates (-21.029833, -47.770923).
​However, after more than 20 days, the Gym in Pokémon GO remains stuck in the old, incorrect location. This is NOT a cell density issue, as there are only 7 POIs in the S2 Level 14 cell and the new location is in an empty S2 Level 17 cell.
​A recent appeal (from yesterday) was closed with the message: ‘This Wayspot is at the correct location and does not require adjustments’. This confirms the Wayfarer database is correct, but the Pokémon GO game client is GLITCHED and not syncing.
​Please perform a Manual Force Sync to align the game with the official Lightship/Wayfarer database. Thank you.

Wayfarer wise,it seems at correct location. Are you saying that the gym is on another coordinate,? This may require staff to see whats happening.

Likely the same issue as this post: Wayspot location edit not reflected in-game

My guess: Edits approved during the sync gap a few weeks ago did not carry across into PGO client when sync resumed. I don’t have access to internal details so this is just a hypothesis.

If so, it will require someone like @NianticAaron to fix.
