The supporting photo disappeared!

Why did the supporting photos disappear from the review page? The supplementary information is now only in text format.

Same. This makes it difficult for me to determine whether some murals are actually located there.

Thanks for the report @Ceng19861209 , this issue has been resolved now.

It isnt fixed for me! I have lost the supporting photos for reviews as well. Its very hard to ascertain where the nomination is unless the original photo includes enough information to match with Google street view.

Well, I would have…but now they seem to be back. I guess I will post screenshot if they disappear again. There was just not even an empty space where the picture should have been it just went right from the Supporting Information section to the grey supporting text box.

Can you confirm that you refreshed the page and the supporting photos still did not load?

  2. Does refreshing the review page resolve the issue?
  3. How frequently has the issue occurred for you?
  4. Which platform (mobile/system) did the issue occur on?

The issue is persisting only intermittently. Ive never had this issue until replying on this thread so I didnt think it was a loading issue and did not try refreshing. This time it only lasted for these two submissions then reverted to showing the supporting photos again.

I can try refreshing the next time it happens but these two posts I have made are the only times this has occurred for me and Ive done my fair share of reviews in the thousands I believe. The first time it lasted about 10 submissions but I just gave up trying to figure out if the nomination was a good one without the extra photo or skipping to the next.

I am using an Android phone to review.
