I already did, but it sucks that I’ve wasted a nomination and an appeal on something that should’ve been easily accepted in the first place (the initial nomination was rejected due to “mismatched location”, even though the location was correct).
@NianticAaron so this little birdie in the picture is to much in focus?
The rules has otherwise been correctly, it’s a living animal in the picture - and I haven’t thought about it again until I read this thread.
And yes, I know I haven’t resubmitted yet either.

I think that was an issue very early on with appeal reviewers… i dont think its like that now
Might be, I don’t remember when I appealed this one, even if the nomination it self is old.
Anyhow, I just need to take the walk and re-nominate it again 
(and watch out for the birds 
)
