Three gyms have disappeared and I don’t know if it’s a bug or Niantic removed them for some reason. They’re all accessible by the public and definitely weren’t causing any problems for anyone.

These are the locations of the gyms.
There appears to be some confusion.
These two Wayspots are live as Gyms on the gameboard.
This is a PokéStop and has always been.

The Kings Ranch gym and Tetotom park gym show up as gyms in Wayfarer, but they’re not in the game. The Picnic area gym was changed into a pokestop.
How are you checking that these are not in game? The PokemonGo.com map has the two gyms actively hosting raids, and the other Pokestop is in a L14 with two other gyms and does not have enough Pokestops to support a 3rd.
I made a mistake. The Kings Ranch and Tetotom park are still gyms. I was just too far away for them to render in which has never happened before. The Picnic area gym is still gone and is a pokestop, which I can tolerate.
There are reports on Reddit that the latest update for Pokémon Go has slightly reduced the area that you can see on the in game map, so this may be why you aren’t seeing them now when you could previously.
