In order to assist can you provide GPS co ordinates and the title of the wayspot please.
The likelihood is that it hasn’t met the Pokémon Go acceptance rules.

3월11일에 승인된 내용으로 in game poket stop이 생성되었으면 좋겠습니다.
Are there two sculptures, or just one?
Since the L17 S2 cell already has a pokestop at 4차팔각정, nothing else that is submitted that exists in this cell will be eligible to become a Pokestop or gym.
조각상은 한개입니다. 같은곳을 실수로 두번 업로드하였습니다.
해당구역에는 이미 4차팔각정이 포켓스탑으로 지정되어있기에 대칭과음율이 새로운 포켓스탑지정이 어렵다는 말로 이해하면 되겠습니까??

If there is only one sculpture then there should only be one wayspot. And that should be located where the sculpture is.
Your submission appears to be a duplicate of the already accepted wayspot so it should not have been approved.
Have you read and understood the rules that Pokémon go apply to which wayspots may become selected for use in the game? These restrict it to 1 pokestop in one of the boxes shown in the screenshots above.
As there are already 2 other wayspots in this box yours will not become a pokestop or gym.
