ポケストップの申請が通りダイマックジムになったのですが2〜3日後に突然消えてしまいました。どういうことでしょうか？その後マックスマンデーで出るかなと思いきや全くでません。

Per helpshift article on powerspots,
Power Spots are volatile locations that emit Max Particles, and contain Dynamax or Gigantamax Pokémon. Due to the mysterious nature of Max Particles, Power Spots may not stay in the same location for long and will appear and disappear at different locations on the Map over time.
It could be that your wayspot was not used during this particular event. The wayspot getting removed from the database can also be a possibility. Or issues with PGO’s algorithm.
If you want, you can disclose the coordinates of this wayspot so the community can attempt to decipher what may have happened in particular.

Due to 新柴又児童館 掲示板 at 35.753792,139.881574, your Powerspot has fallen within 22 metres of a Pokéstop. Such locations are then disqualified of becoming Powerspots
