食堂やレストランのポケストップ申請を審査する際に迷うことがあるため質問をします。
写真から明らかに自宅を兼ねていると判断できる店舗（私有住宅）がありますが、これは不承認基準の「 2. 不適格な位置、場所、または対象物」に該当する、と判断して差し支えないのでしょうか。

If the location acts as a private residence it should be rejected for Private Property. This is true even if they run a business out of their home.

This staff reply in the past that might have similar issue.
Personally i need to see where this so called store located. In my country we have so many home-business (we called it ruko/ shophouse) but its location usually clustered in area for people to conduct business. imho because the area is designed and primarily used for business, i am fine with this. But if your shop example is conversion of SFPRP in residential neighbourhood which may not suitable for people gather, i am more inclined to reject them.

私は1階に小売や飲食、理美容のような出入りが比較的自由な店舗があり、上階が居住目的であれば、事業と住居が合わさった集合住宅の一種として考えます。しかし一般客の出入りが想定されていないような建設業の事務所と住居を兼ねていて、出入口が住居のためのもの一か所のような場合があります。元の建築物の目的が住居のみであり、居住者などの管理者から建物の立入りの許可を取らなければいけない場所は、個人の住宅として扱うべきだと考えます。ストリートビューや航空写真、申請者から提出された補足情報の画像などからそれぞれを慎重に判断するようにしています。
