Trying to make existing wayspot a Pokéstop

This contribution has been flagged as duplicate as it is an existing wayspot but it does not exist as a Pokéstop.
Is it too close to other existing spots in the cell that it is in?
There are numerous spots close together a few blocks away but would love more spots to be added to this part of the Argenta Arts district in North Little Rock as hundreds of pedestrians frequent this area daily. Is there anyway I could get it reevaluated to become a Pokéstop?

Its live in the same cell with this one. It cant appear aspokestop but It seems it can appear as powerspot in future. You might want to learn how s2 cell works.

Why an accepted Wayspot may not be used in Pokemon Go (S2 cells and Pokemon Go)

I have this written up for when I see a wheresmypokestop question. I know the in-game prompt tells you that you are submitting a “Pokestop” but you are actually submitting a Wayspot to the database. The Web Submit form does use the word “wayspot” instead. The Wayspot can only become a Pokestop or gym if it is alone in a level 17 S2 cell.
