I have recently (4-6 days ago) had two Wayspots approved, and each of them are in their own S2 Level 17 cell and are 20m away from others, but they have not been added as Pokestops in game. There is no reason why these have not been added so I am confused why they haven’t become Pokestops yet.
The 20m rule no longer exists so can be ignored. It only ever affected Ingress and nominations made before 2021 (?),
These were approved on 9th and 10th July, so should have been picked up in the latest sync which does appear to have happened. It’s possible they have now appeared in Pokemon Go, but the map hasn’t been updated.
If you look through other recent posts, you will see that there have been sync issues. There was a partial sync reported yesterday to the Wayfarer Discussion Discord. If you are trying to check game status, it is best to use the map at PokemonGo.com for real time results.
