Two wayspots that should be in game

Just found these two that I wanted to submit but there would probably be denied as duplicate. Could you resolve the issue for these.

"Versteckter Sandkasten"is in a occupied cell with “Tanzende Stangen” meaning it can’t show up as pokestop.

I have this written up for when I see a wheresmypokestop question. I know the in-game prompt tells you that you are submitting a “Pokestop” but you are actually submitting a Wayspot to the database. The Web Submit form does use the word “wayspot” instead. The Wayspot can only become a Pokestop or gym if it is alone in a level 17 S2 cell. Im not quite sure about the other one. Looks fine on the map in a onoccupied cell.

There might be a geoblock at this location by property owners preventing this wayspot becoming a pokestop which only staff can confirm.

Hi @Agent16A , I have made some adjustments to the Wayspot “Kunterbunter Kletterspaß”. You should see the Wayspot in the gameboard once the change is synced.

For the Wayspot “Versteckter Sandkasten”, each game has their own set of criteria for this step, so some nominations may be accepted into one game but not another.

The most common reason that an eligible nomination is not added to Pokémon GO is because the nomination is too close to existing PokéStops or Gyms. If an existing game location is removed or the criteria changes, the nomination may appear within Pokémon GO at a later time.
