Usually it is around 48 hours for it to appear if it meets inclusion rules. Though there is a known issue with the sync now so it will be longer.

Map Sync Issues

Hello Wayfinders, Please be aware that the sync between the Wayfarer Map and Pokémon GO has been down for a few days. The team is aware and investigating the issue. This issue is not impacting any Wayspot creation, updates, or removals on the Wayfarer side but please know that the changes will not be reflected until the sync starts back up again.
