In the lower left shows the name of Reel Plaza (31.225289,121.44334).

The nature of this Wayspot is unknown. What we know:

  1. It is near or inside Reel Plaza, south of the main road;
  2. It looks like temporary decoration.

It cannot be seen at its location now.

Thanks for the appeal, @tonygaosh. After reviewing the additional evidence provided, we’ve decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
