First, this is in what I know is almost completely residential. The name doesnt match it being a church, yet thats what it shows in Streetview. No signs or anything. Would this be a rejection for SFPRP or accept as a church or somthing else?

It helps to show the review you are evaluating. You could reject this for SFPRP since that is what it appears to be, or for Generic Business, since if this is a business, it is not one that encourages exercise, exploration, or being social. The Google Label could have been added by anyone. It may be an outreach program of a church, but this is not a church.

If it’s already in game as a power spot, most of those are the result of a mass database import of business addresses, not the usual wayspot approval process. And due to home based businesses, many of them are in ineligible locations, and these will be removed if reported.
Unfortunately some newer wayfinders use them as an example of what is acceptable, and then submit things that aren’t eligible.
I was trying to hurry with answers since I know you only have 20 minutes per review, but it was probably too late to help by the time I saw it. For future reference, it is on the submitter to convince you. “Trust me bro, it’s a church” when it isn’t obviously a church is not enough to convince me, and I have no problem rejecting in that case. Be aware that Google Labels can be added by anyone, and are not official designations.
