I hope you’se are doing well. I wanted to ask about the process for updating the location and details of a PokéStop. There’s a specific PokéStop needing to be moved to its correct location, and I’d also like to update some of the information associated with it. Could anyone please guide me on the right path.
Help chat is the easiest way to do a location edit. You can find that by going to the help tab and then tapping the chat box that comes up in the bottom right corner.
For a Pokestop (or gym) you can access the edit menu by tapping the title, then the three dots by the title in game. I prefer to use help chat to do location edits because the range is so limited (i think 10m) that you can move it in game, but you can do from this menu. The text edits can be made this way.
You can use the form linked at the top of the forum as “Wayspot Removals” for modifications as well if you are not within the range of the Pokestop to do the edit.
You can also use that form to request the location edit if you want to do it all in the same email.
