we are also veering off from the original topic and I believe everything required as been answered so I will be stepping back from this thread unless the OP asks any more questions.
You’re misunderstanding the information, and spreading misinformation.
The current time on your device is completely irrelevant in the GPS calculation, it could be off by hours and it will still function fine because your phone takes the atomic calculated time from the satellites and solves for time using those signals because it knows what the speed of light is.
Your phone not having an atomic accurate clock is built into the system, because without it it would be wildly inaccurate.
You should always check and adjust the pin to actual location. Not doing this, risk for another warning. You have 1 year redemption period where all previous strike will be gone and you return to clear slate but if you have another strike within 1 year, it might be 30days suspension.

I have read it. I know. Im just so disappointed about it, Because i always did it like this before. Made a Foto . Then This pic comes below with the pin ( thinking its my Position) enter. Next Foto from the Place around…. Next discribing. Always.

This is why i always submit at home. I just take several photo. When i return home, i dont need to depend on “my location”. I can pin all poi correctly
Ok. But for sure this is Not possible for me. Because i will forget where is the Right Position. Thats why i Trust on that pin. Mostly Weekend we will go somewhere with our Child, we will Walk around and Look what could be a nice Spot. At that day i found six Spots. If i would do this at Home i will forget where they have been right

If this is what is happening, you need to do something to help you position the wayspots more accurately, One option is to take a screenshot of your position in Google Maps or any other GPS-based mapping service. Also take additional photos of where the POI is so that you can tie this back to what you can see on google maps/streetview. This does mean more admin.
This is a very dangerous bet and have high chance of wayspot missplacement. I recommend you to proceed with caution.
Suggestion: Download an app that puts the GPS Data on to the photo (GPS Map Camera).
At the location…
- Use the normal camera to take the images you plan to use for the nomination (you could take extra so you can select the best).
- Open “GPS Map Camera”, stand at the location and take a photo. This can be used to locate accurately.
- Nominate when you return home where you are relaxed, warm and maybe have the option to use a bigger screen of a laptop / desktop.
- During and after you nominate, check, check and check again.
