It is a playground for playing Virtual Reality video games. It is an enclosed area where you enter, usually in groups of 5 people, choose a Virtual Reality game, they equip you (with glasses and controllers) and enjoy the experience.
We have compared enough rejected nominations here to be fairly sure this rejection reason from the community means they selected “Generic business”. There is a lot of misunderstanding about what it means to be a generic business. I also think this looks like something I probably would have accepted. Let us know how the appeal goes.
It seems the coordinate in map is not as per what you submit.i dont know if the location in google map is correct or no. The submitted location seems to put the nomination in empty cell. If this is not right, you will need to improve your nomination

Object wise personally i would approve it, as long there are no other issue within submission.

This is not good way to submit wayspot because you are relying on gps which may or may not correct, especially inside building. Concerning this particular submission, if i am looking into the building map in google map, it seems missplaced. Please read about s2 cells first.

Your supporting foto should help proof its location.
Put yourself in reviewer shoes. Reviewer cant just blindly accept your nomination where you pin it. But the problem is google map is not showing it where you pin your nomination. What make it worse, if google map is right, your nomination wont appear as pokestop/gym because that cell already have wayspot and pinned location is at empty cell. To reviewer it looks like you are attempting to manipulate gameboard by missplacing wayspot submission into empty cell. When this happen, its still submitter duty to prove the location since you are the one submitting it.
If you said its next to Karting, you can take panoramic foto infront of Zero and Karting or other visible vendor so that you can prove that google map is wrong.
Regarding your bowling and arcade, i would appeal it assuming its positioned correctly. You have 2 appeals, each with 15days cooldown
