Only staff would be able to state what it is and they are usually vague about it. The main reasons are that someone has reported it and staff have agreed that it doesn’t meet criteria or the property owner has requested its removal. Good Luck

Its status on the Wayfarer Map is Pokestop - Inactive. From what Aaron said, this has changed in Pogo so the map should change soonish.
