Ich weis nicht ganz in welche Kategorie das muss aber warum wurde mein angenommener wayspot kein pokestop obwohl dort nichts anderes ist?

Whilst you say there’s nothing else there, your nomination is in the same level 17 s2 cell as the existing Pokéstop “Spielplatz Sonthofen Schellenbergstrasse”. As each level 17 s2 cell can normally only have one Pokéstop or one Gym in it, your nomination is unable to become a Pokéstop or Gym due to the existing Pokéstop in this cell. However, as it is more than 22 metres away from any existing Pokéstops or Gyms, it should eventually be eligible to be added to the Power Spot rotation when the Power Spot data has its next sync.

If the location is already correct, nothing can be done. Basically pogo use one wayspot per cell as pokestop/gym and the rest might become powespot in rotation(depending on proximity to other wayspot)

Your nomination does seem to be mis-placed as it shows in the middle of the road, there is no Street View to confirm correct location. The grass behind the sign does suggest it should be further in to the occupied cell.

You could do a Location Edit if you can show evidence of its correct location.

WARNING: Do not try to mis-place it. This is likely to get you a warning / suspension from both Wayfarer and GAMES accounts.

Ja das stimmt wie kann ich das beantragen das das ein stück nach hinten versetzt wird? Ich verstehe gar nicht warum das mitten auf der Straße ist?

You can do a “Location Edit” through Pokemon Go or you could try the Help Chat here.

You would need evidence of the exact location, normally people would use Street View but that does not exist at this location.

NEVER mis-place a location edit to try and get a waypoint in to the game. It is classed as Abuse and it is not worth risking a suspension on your accounts. As stated above any suspension will include your game accounts as well as Wayfarer.
