Wayfarer support said they have taken action on the Wayspot, but the wayspot is still unchanged?

When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:

    Niantic staff accepted my report and said they have taken action, but as far as I can tell, there have not been any changes to the wayspot in question. I believe the wayspot should be removed as the object (the slide) no longer exists now. But the Wayspot is still there, and the title, description and photos are still the same after almost 24 hours.

The coordinates you’ve provided are not the coordinates of the wayspot. The wayfarer map shows this wayspot at 1.305215, 103.781741 for reference. Just making that known so that it’s easier for you to get support with this wayspot.

Thanks, I have updated my post. I initially placed the approximate position from Google maps.

Depending on how you’re looking, 24 hours might be too soon to see changes. I have found that changes to the Wayfarer map or in-game in Pokemon Go can take up to 36 hours to show up in one of them, and then sometimes an additional 24 hours to show up in the other.
