Wayferer account still suspended after the end of my ban

Hey, almost a year ago I got banned for 30 days and I decided to quit wayferer for some time, now I decided to come back but it still shows I m suspended. I ve seen its a bug that happens sometimes and the staff has to fix it, so can I get my account back :slight_smile:
