I’ve got 3 waypoints accepted, but not a single one is showing up in a single game, I have checked ingress, Pokémon go. Also it has been more than 48 hours.
Is it a technical issue or what?

Please note that Ingress and Wayfarer (Pogo) were separated a year ago and no longer have any connection. As OPR is currently offline, it is likely you submitted these and had them accepted through wayfarer, so they will never appear in Ingress (unless you submit them there when OPR is restored).
If you post the coordinates, which you will find in the submission receipt emails, it should be possible to check the map and provide an explanation. it is likely they are blocked by other wayspots but there could be other explanations.
