Wayspot accepted last year but I don’t see anything on the map?

Wayspot says my “Brock Park Pavilion” spot was accepted but don’t see anything

Not all wayspots pop into the game as Pokestops. It may be too close to another Pokestop, a metric that is determined by the S2 cells around it. See here for a thorough explanation: Why an accepted Wayspot may not be used in Pokemon Go (S2 cells and Pokemon Go)

Your Wayspot is in the same L17 S2 cell as Brock Park Playground. That one should be a Pokestop or gym.

(I checked the coordinates and it seems it is a bit too close to the Pokestop to be used as a Powerspot: 21.056677575111657m)

Perhaps this footbridge is eligible, it would be in its own cell and it looks kinda cool
