This import is a service-area business located at a single-family private residence (Zomerakker 169). There is no physical storefront or signage, which means it cannot be accessed or seen from there making it not exist over there.
Google maps has this exact business marked slightly to the north. The imported wayspot is roughly where Geldmaat is marked, so it might get moved by Niantic - proving it doesn’t exist at its current location might not be sufficient.
I’m not saying google maps is correct I’m just saying that you probably have to take the google maps marked into account. I’ve successfully moved google maps markers, sometimes quite quickly.
I have had in house review move my correctly placed pin to the Google label in a different L17 S2 cell. I left it where they put it since I wasn’t going to find anything else in that cell to submit. Mine was at the entrance, and the label was in the interior of the building. So, yes, they do seem to look at where the Google Maps label is when reviewing.
No, they moved it to the interior of the building. Please look at what I posted. They moved it away from the actual entrance which was pictured in my nomination.
