This poi has had the name of ”bronskatt” since I started playing many years ago. Bronskatt means ”cat in bronze” in swedish, and its very correct that the sculpture is a cat in bronze. But this sculpture has a name, and its odd enough ”Mirre Forsberg född Frisendahl”, wich means ”Mirre Forsberg borned as Frisendahl”.
It is said that the model of the sculpture (the cat) was adopted by the artist Helena Forsberg, from the Family Frisendahl. (Also artists).
