I am requesting the removal of this Wayspot due to Safety Hazards and Poor Pedestrian Access. The structure and its surroundings are no longer suitable or safe for a community gathering point.
Detailed Information
Safety Hazard (Dilapidated Structure & Electrical Risk): As shown in the attached photos, the water tower structure is in a state of decay and is surrounded by a dense, unorganized network of high-voltage electrical wires. This poses a significant electrocution and physical safety risk to players who gather nearby, especially during the rainy season.
No Pedestrian Sidewalk: The Wayspot is located immediately adjacent to a road with no sidewalk or safe standing area for pedestrians. Players must stand on the narrow road shoulder or in the path of oncoming traffic to interact with the gym, which is extremely dangerous.
Restricted/Industrial Area: The area around the tank is used for local utility maintenance and is not a public recreational space. Gathering here interferes with maintenance access and local traffic.
This seems highly exaggerated. Its literally next to parking area
Wayspot doesnt have to be accesible to everyone.
Just because you cant access the wayspot, doesnt means you need to report it ( other people can access it). Wayspot can exist in area with limited access for its own resident/worker
While there is a walkway at the back, it is private property and not suitable for gatherings.
“This seems highly exaggerated. Its literally next to parking area”
As I mentioned, it’s private property. The parking area there might disturb residents who live there or those who park in the private area.
“Wayspot doesnt have to be accesible to everyone.

It’s not that it’s inaccessible; it is accessible, but it might disturb others, and the area is dangerous to access. Moving further out would mean being on the street, which is also dangerous. It’s not suitable for a gathering.
Industrial area and single family private residential is two different thing. Wayspot in industrial area is allowed even though only worker can access while sfprp doesnt allow any wayspot. Please confirm this first
If you cant access it safely, please dont access it. Wayspot doesnt have to be accesible to everyone. But it might be accesible safely for worker or resident there.
With so many car parking, it doesnt seems to be SFPRP
"I would like to clarify that this location is a mixed-use private compound, consisting of a Single-Family Private Residence (the owner’s home) and a private apartment building within the same gated boundary.
Violation of SFPR Privacy: Since the owner’s primary home is located inside this compound, the Wayspot directly infringes upon the Single-Family Private Residential (SFPR) criteria. The gathering of players at the gate disturbs the owner’s daily life and privacy.
Safety & Access: Beyond the property type, the lack of a sidewalk remains a critical safety issue. Players must stand on the narrow road shoulder of Soi Mai Khao 5, which is dangerous for the public.
In summary, because this is a private residential compound where the owner lives, it should be treated with the same privacy protections as an SFPR. The combination of trespassing issues and safety hazards makes it unsuitable for a Wayspot."
Please read the clarification about what is a single family private residential property
The situation you describe is fine.
You appear to believe that every place on the game board should be accessible to everyone at all times.
This is not the case. There will always be some places that are not always accessible. Gated communities are fine. Large areas like theme parks that are paid entry are not available to all and sometimes closed for maintenance, but accessible to those working there. They are fine.
I suggest you accept that this is a location that you may be better to ignore and make other game play plans.
Do stick to the in game about Trespassing and safety those are your own responsibilities.
