According to the wooden sign, this is the university’s ecological farm.
Referencing a street view from 2012 (before it was converted into a farm):
You can find its approximate location by comparing it with the buildings in the background.
Then, when I visited the site last week, it had been transformed into a small park called “Bobo Ball Park”.
As you can clearly see above, the farm’s signboard and signage have been removed, and the area itself has disappeared, being used for other purposes.
The university’s press release also mentions the “conversion” of the Ocean University of Taiwan farm into Bobo Ball Park:
