Still exists perhaps. But is it accessible? And is the site forbidden? (Just guessing there but it sort of looks like the building could be single family residential. Though the building I worked in 2005-7 was a converted house, so looks can deceive.)
An outdoor pool might not be accessible year round but is still a valid wayspot because it physically exists even in winter. OSM says it’s not a residential building

Thanks for the appeal, @topgunxv! We took another look at the Wayspot in question and decided that it does not meet our criteria for removal at this time.
