Additional Information (if any):
This Wayspot is clearly on the grounds of a private single-family residence. This can be double-checked using the county GIS map here: ArcGIS Web Application
This Wayspot was unfortunately approved during the U.S. portion of the Wayfarer Challenge last year, by foreign reviewers who didn’t understand that it was at a house. I hope it is easy to see that it is on the grounds of a private residence. I can find further proof if necessary.
It seems very clear from Google Maps that this is a single-family residence, but how could you possibly know who approved it? It’s probably better to not speculate as to how the POI got approved because I doubt any of us could know that.

Kinda funny that I know who you are, but you don’t know who I am, especially considering we share chats
Please see this clarification if you have any doubt that the removal was the correct thing to do.
Wayfarer is agnostic to individual games, and faction wars drama is not tolerated here. The OP did the right thing to report this ineligible location. As will most of the folks here on the forum.
It’s not the gate that is in question.
If it’s a question of faction war drama, then that’s on OP.
