If you can access the Wayspot and can see it in Pokemon Go, you can report an issue in game. Tap at the top on the title and you will see a new screen with three dots in the upper right hand corner. Then tap there to get the options to “Contribute to this Pokestop.” Then at the bottom you will see “Report Pokestop Issue”.
If you cannot access the Wayspot, you can still use Help Chat. Go to https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/help and a text box will pop up. A bot will take information from you and a human will reply. This does not generate an email chain. The reply will be in the chat box.
Another way is to use the “Wayspot Removals” form linked at the top of the forum. Here is the link if you aren’t seeing it: Reporting a Wayspot — Wayfarer Help Center . This does generate an email chain. Do not reply to the automated acknowledgement email asking for your credentials as property owner. Wait for an email from a human.
