Description of the issue:
Two Wayspots were accepted through Wayfarer but have not appeared in Pokémon GO after 4 days and 6 days, respectively. Both nominations were approved, but they have not synced into the game. Based on this and other accepted nominations in the same area, I suspect there may be an issue with the Wayspot sync process for this specific region or S2 cells, where approved Wayspot data is not properly syncing from the Wayfarer database into Pokémon GO version 0.421.0-A-64, i would appreciate it if you could investigate whether there is a synchronization issue affecting this area.

The likely issue here is that this is a school for children and no waypoint should be accepted here. Sometimes reviewers mess up and accept them but they will get removed as soon as anyone notices.
The 2nd one (49.118308, -121.975282) shares a cell with “White Blossoms Box” so will not be used as a Pokestop or Gym. It may be used as a Dynamax Powerspot in rotation.
Does the date really matter? Cause it was submitted like 5 years ago before the new submission for pokestops was added, would that effect it or no? (Im fairly new to the submission system but im just wondering if that can be a pokestop since its a “new submission” for that blossoms box)
Im asking about the 2nd wayspot, the neighbourhood sign? Not the park, i get that the park is not eligible. I just want to know about the 2nd one and why it isn’t in yet.
As @SlimboyFat71 said, the sign you submitted (which probably doesn’t actually meet the eligibility criteria of being a great place to socialise, a great place to exercise, or a great place to explore) is in the same level 17 S2 cell as White Blossoms Box. Each level 17 cell can only contain one Pokéstop or one Gym, so because the Blossoms Box already exists as a Pokéstop in that level 17 cell, it means no other wayspots in that level 17 cell will be able to become Pokéstops or Gyms. It is far enough away from any Pokéstops or Gyms to become a Power Spot though.
Sorry. You replied to my post so I assumed it was about the school. I really don’t understand your question about the neighborhood sign. Did you read the link slimboyfat supplied? Pogo does not use all the waypoints. The sign does not meet the pogo inclusion rules for spacing and so will not become a pokestop. It could be a powerspot next month though.
Alright, i did read it i was just waiting for a response from him but since you seem to be active could you answer it? My question is since the one near the white blossoms box i submitted is “newer” like i mean before the 2022 system was added and so on. Aka the blossoms box is roughly 5-6 years old, would that change it to become a pokestop instead since it is apart of the new system? If you don’t understand i can reword it. Sorry i’m not the best when it comes to situations i’m not familiar with lol.

I will move this to nomination support as there is no technical issue.
As you are finding out there are a lot of complicated things to take on board when trying to nominate and get places on the game.
The map view shows you the boxes/cells. According to what the community has observed each of those boxes can only allow 1 pokestop or gym to appear in the game. Ones not used as stops/gyms may meet requirements for a power spot.
The second screen shot clearly shows the play area in the school. That will be removed as there can be no in game p,aces on school property. The mural is clearly on school property so it should go too.
I appreciate how keen people are for wayspots but they do have to meet criteria. There are lots of things where there is no straight yes no answer.
Location/estate signs rarely meet criteria, but can do in some instances, IF they have artistic merit, or sometimes include benches for example that demonstrate this is a place to go and socialise.
What you have submitted in my view doesn’t meet criteria. It is not an estate sign but a shelter for the maiboxes. I am based in the UK and my understanding is these are not eligible locations.
We will happily offer more suggestions about suitable things to submit.
