The question we have to ask is “Graffiti” or “Mural”.
If this is Authorised (and you show evidence) then I would class as Mural and acceptable, otherwise it is Graffiti and I would Reject.

hello and thanks <3, i forgot the word mural but yes, it was a legal work. You can tell by the good and patience draw in high height… Do I speak correctly? haha sorry if i say something wear, im just happy

Does the club have a website that mentions this Mural?
Graffiti can be excellent quality but if it’s not official then it is vandalism so should still be rejected.

I personally have more categories I tend to use.
Vandalism graffiti- it will be removed, and tends to be just fancy tags.
Street art - this is variable. Some places have areas where people can create art that won’t get removed. Specific pieces are not authorised but may be very good quality and won’t be painted over out of respect. To me these areas are very much a judgement call. I have seen some great pieces of art.
Mural - I think of as a commissioned piece so it is authorised and is intended to stay.
I think the middle category of street art is expanding? Locally more council property of concrete walls are permitting this sort of art.
Wow, thanks for the info. I have maybe 20 murals made in my hood (Temperley) all are legal, it takes much time for me to draw and paint the walls. Later I will be taking more photos. ((I’m not a vandal)) ((I ask for permission always)) ((I live here))
I watched something this morning of a nearby artist whose work has been accepted and has permission to do more work.
These are judgement calls and providing evidence really helps push things towards accept.

Have a look at Unique Art
Unauthorised street art can be eligible. If it is high quality and longstanding, this edges toward eligibility. Sometimes an area is accepted as having street art, even if not officially supported, and will have evolving artwork, but consistently high quality.
