I would recommend resubmitting without this person front and centre of your supporting picture.
You can re - use your same main photo on the resubmission, to keep the flowers.
People can be in the supporting picture but this is just asking for an incorrect rejection and/or suspicion that this person is staged within the picture for a reason maybe to identify the submitter. It’s easy to avoid such a prominent person, even when its not easy to avoid all people.
